Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LLMFence REST endpoint API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our Enterprise services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the API to reverse-engineer our detection logic or to circumvent access controls. Each plan has a per-minute request ceiling and a maximum characters-per-request limit, both published on the Rate Limits page; requests over either are refused rather than charged. Deliberately working around those limits — for example by spreading traffic across additional accounts — may result in key revocation and account suspension.

3. Payment & Billing Cycles

The Developer plan is free and stops when its included calls are used up; it cannot incur a charge. On a paid plan you agree to keep a valid payment method with Stripe. Calls beyond your included allowance are metered at your plan's published rate and appear on your next invoice, up to the monthly spend cap you set. Reaching that cap stops further calls rather than exceeding it. Rates and allowances are on the Overage Pricing page, and your billing period follows your subscription date rather than the calendar month.

4. Uptime & SLA

LLMFence ensures a 99.99% uptime guarantee for Scale and Custom Enterprise users. Failure to meet this standard will result in pro-rated account credits upon formalized technical review.

5. Limitation of Liability

LLMFence provides algorithmic evaluation for your AI Outputs. While our deterministic and probabilistic engines are state-of-the-art, we cannot guarantee absolute 100% filtration. You maintain full liability for any texts forwarded to your end-users.
