Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AgenticGuard.ai REST endpoint API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our Enterprise services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the API to mathematically reverse-engineer our Risk Models or circumvent any access controls. Excessive payload hammering that intentionally violates the 2MB Body Limits may result in immediate Key Revocation and suspension of your corporate account.

3. Payment & Billing Cycles

Unless explicitly on the Free Sandbox tier, users are subject to Metered Billing. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file via our Stripe portal. Overages beyond your Tier allowance (Startup or Scale) will inherently be tallied and billed simultaneously at the end of the monthly cycle.

4. Uptime & SLA

AgenticGuard.ai ensures a 99.99% uptime guarantee for Scale and Custom Enterprise users. Failure to meet this standard will result in pro-rated account credits upon formalized technical review.

5. Limitation of Liability

AgenticGuard.ai provides algorithmic evaluation for your AI Outputs. While our deterministic and probabilistic engines are state-of-the-art, we cannot guarantee absolute 100% filtration. You maintain full liability for any texts forwarded to your end-users.
