When you register for an account, we collect basic contact information (email address) to facilitate login. For billing purposes, financial transactions are strictly processed by our merchant provider (Stripe) and we do not collect or store PCI sensitive credit card data.

2. How We Handle Your API Traffic

AgenticGuard.ai acts as a passthrough computational firewall. We do not use your API payloads to train our models. The texts processed by our engine are subjected to immediate evaluation against your custom policies and are subsequently redacted or released. Raw conversation logs are not written to our persistent storage arrays.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted operating partners who assist us in operating our website or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential under standard Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
